Samira Ghalyai graduated from York University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in 2004 and from Western Michigan University Cooley Law School with a Juris Doctorate in 2009.

She was called to the bar in the State of New York in 2010 and in the Province of Ontario in 2012.

Samira worked for a boutique real estate law firm in Vaughan, Ontario for 5 years, working in the firm’s corporate and commercial department with a focus on asset and share acquisitions, corporate reorganizations and shareholder agreements.

Samira also has extensive knowledge about real estate transactions, including purchase and sale of real property, and estate planning matters, including preparing Wills, Power of Attorneys and probating of estates.
